Method - How I work
There are many frameworks that leaders and teams adopt in order to stay on track & ship quickly.
I've found that these fall into 3 key areas:
Great work starts with shared understanding. I push for clear definitions of success before anyone writes a line of code.
A team that knows its "why" moves faster and makes better decisions. I help shape and articulate that purpose across all levels.
