Samdock is a sales CRM, designed from the ground up to be simple to use and built on an event sourcing architecture.
As the first designer on board, we took the product from zero to launch. This involved building and developing a custom design system & frontend library.
I later rejoined the team as head of product, defining product strategy as we worked to solidify our product market fit in the DACH region. We also launched new pricing to enable enterprise deals, as well as ran experiments in order to convert lifetime customers to monthly & yearly subscriptions.
Another focus area for me was introducing tools & process to synthesize customer feedback & enable our other teams to understand user behavior through analytics.
