QFive is a gamified web & mobile app for employee training and skill assessment. It’s built to be extremely customizable for each customer, in both content & functionality.
Customers may decide if they wish to run anything from optional multiplayer quiz tournaments, or host a single-player learning mission for mandatory training.
This project entailed a full redesign & rebrand of a fully responsive application that is available on web, iOS and Android from a single code base. The core goal was twofold: to increase the impact of its gamification as well as feature discoverability by refreshing the visual design of the app and reworking its structure where necessary.
An interesting constraint of this project was keeping changes to backend logic to an absolute minimum. This meant being creative in re-contextualizing existing functionality as well as restructuring the app’s hierarchy while maintaining customizability.
